How do I buy a plugin?
You can easily purchase plugins and plugin bundles through our website using PayPal. PayPal is the fastest payment methods. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, you will receive an invoice with all necessary information on request. The download will be provided after payment is received.
Which plugin version will I receive?
You will receive the latest plugin version available at the time of your payment (currently: v4.5.0).
Which Redmine version is supported?
Before purchasing, please check that your Redmine version (see minimum requirements) is compatible with this plugin. Redmine 7.0 is supported from plugin version 4.6.0 onwards (not earlier). From that version, support for Redmine 6.1x is discontinued at the same time. An update may be necessary.
Is access to older plugin versions available?
No, older versions (e.g., for Redmine v5x or 6.0x) are not offered and are not available upon request. So make sure to meet our minimum requirements. Learn more
What should I consider before purchasing?
Digital products are non-refundable. Ensure that your Redmine system meets the minimum requirements specified at the time of purchase and check for potential compatibility issues with other plugins. Learn more in our FAQ.
How do I get the plugin download?
The download URL will be sent to your email address within 30 minutes (PayPal) or 5 business days (bank transfer) after payment is received. The file will be provided in tar.gz format.
Are there any discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on plugin bundles. Buying a bundle is cheaper than purchasing the individual plugins separately.
What support service is included?
Your plugin purchase includes a 12-month support license. This grants you access to the AlphaNodes customer area. There you will find: plugin download (the latest version), plugin support (requests to the support team via ticket system), plugin documentation (also includes installation / update instructions, scripts, API documentation etc.). Remember to download the latest versions regularly, ideally directly after receiving our email notification or seeing the news on our website.
Do all my employees get access to product support?
Access to the support area is created for the person who purchases the plugin. You will receive your login details shortly after purchase via email. Please check your spam folder if you don't find the email (@alphanodes.com). Other employees generally do not have access. Just let us know if you want to change this.
How to get access to the plugin documentation for the application?
To access the plugin documentation, simply enter the support token from your invoice after installation into the help section of your plugin configuration. You can then access the plugin and API documentation directly in the top menu of your Redmine application. The token is valid for 12 months and verifies your support access. After the support period expires, you will no longer have access to the documentation. Learn more
How do I get up and running the plugin?
In your customer area, you'll find everything you need: installation and update instructions, and our ticket system for support. We strongly recommend using our installation instructions.
What happens when the support period is over?
After the 12 months, you can continue to use the plugin in the last downloaded version. However, your login will be blocked, and you will no longer have access to the customer area (plugin downloads, documentation, installation instructions, API documentation, scripts, etc.). Updates, bug fixes, and support will no longer be available. Since all these services are part of your plugin support license, we recommend renewing your license. Is there an automatic support renewal?
No, your plugin support license does not renew automatically. It expires after 12 months. You can renew it at any time by purchasing a new license. We recommend this for security reasons and to benefit from current updates, new features, bug fixes, and our support.
Is there a test version available?
No, we don't offer trial versions or personal test instances. However, you can test the functionality of our plugins in our publicly accessible online demo before purchasing. This also allows you to see how the plugins work together.
Can the plugins be integrated with other applications?
Yes, integration with other compatible applications is possible via our APIs (JSON and XML).
Are the plugins compatible with other plugins?
Our plugins are compatible with each other and work with many other Redmine plugins, but not all. This is especially true if other plugins offer similar functionality or don't meet our minimum requirements. Learn more.

Yes, the Business-Class Bundle contains both plugins, which build on each other. The HRM Plugin is not executable if the Reporting Plugin is missing. Please consider the Business-Class Bundle if you do not have either of the two plugins.
Is there a bundle price for Automation & Reporting?
Yes, the Automation-Bundle contains both plugins, which build on each other. Das Automation Plugin is not executable if the Reporting Plugin is missing.
Which package includes the ServiceDesk?
The ServiceDesk plugin is not available individually. It contains dependencies to some other plugins, therefore it is only available in the Enterprise+ bundle.
