The recommended solution: You provide the Linux server infrastructure - AlphaNodes installs, configures, and maintains Redmine including all plugins.

- AI Add-On: enables connection to AI providers (OpenAI, Azure, etc.) or local AI (Ollama)¹
If you also need regular support services, the Enterprise Support package with a fixed monthly hour budget (5, 10, or 20h) can additionally be booked.
¹ The Redmine AI Plugin provides the connection to AI services - it does not include AI access itself. External providers (OpenAI, Azure, etc.) are billed directly by them; these costs have nothing to do with AlphaNodes. For GDPR-compliant AI without external data exchange, we recommend Ollama (local solution).

If you need SSO or AI later
SAML / SSO and AI are not available in Cloud Basic due to hardware constraints. For these features, we recommend upgrading to Cloud Professional (Add-Ons bookable individually) or Cloud Business (SSO and AI already included).
Cloud Professional + Add-Ons
The recommended combination: Cloud Professional with Productivity Bundle and Gantt Add-On already included - AI and SAML / SSO bookable individually as monthly Add-Ons, so you pay only for what you actually need.
