Please note that a login is only provided for active customers. Authentication is carried out by AlphaNodes GmbH. You will then receive an e-mail notification with information about your customer login. Add the sender to your address book to ensure that you receive our system e-mails.

In many cases, the following tips will give you access to the customer area (with an active customer login):

I have not found an e-mail notification from AlphaNodes in my mailbox

Are you using the e-mail address stored / activated for the login?

  • The login / password reset will only be sent to the e-mail address provided. For this purpose, we use the customer’s e-mail sent to us (when purchasing plugins, this is the e-mail used in the order).
  • If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you used to log in, you can contact us. In this case, let us know the new e-mail address to replace the previous login data.
  • If you do not receive one of our emails, please check your provider’s junk or spam email folder first.
  • Or whether the maximum storage volume has been reached. If necessary, delete messages to be able to receive mails again.
  • Contact your e-mail provider if necessary. Unfortunately, AlphaNodes has no influence if you do not receive our e-mail notifications. Make sure that our e-mail sender is in your address book / internal firewall is configured to allow you to receive e-mails from them.

My previous access data no longer works

Cookies/cache already deleted? Current browser? Old saved passwords deleted?

  • If your previous access data no longer works or if you think you have entered your access data correctly, it is possible that old data is still stored in the directory for your cookies. In this case, it may help to delete the cookies in your browser settings.
  • Make sure that you are using an up-to-date browser. If you are having difficulties, also test alternative browsers (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Brave etc.).
  • Most browser-specific problems can be solved by deleting the cache and/or cookies.

Still an active AlphaNodes customer?

  • Plugin customers should also check whether the support license is still active. Expired support licenses always result in a blocked login to the customer area (according to this information).
  • Hosting customers should check whether the hosting contract / InHouse service contract is still active.
