Last week we released version 3.1.0 for all our AlphaNodes Redmine plugins (Enterprise+). These versions are now compatible with Redmine v5.1x and come with new requirements (Ruby v3.0x or higher). We strongly recommend that all Redmine Installations be upgraded to our new minimum requirements before installation.

- Improvement: Reply to field added for Send mail to role action. Important : Existing rules with this action (send mail to role) need to be revised. The data cannot be transferred and such rules will no longer work correctly after the update to v3.1.0. We recommend checking whether such rules exist before updating the plugin. If so, save the previous data for transfer after the update.

Redmine DB v3.1.0
Data management via Excel was yesterday. With our alternative to the Excel spreadsheet, all content that is not an issue (e.g. digital information and online assets) can now be more clearly managed and shared within your team, when working with Redmine DB.

- New: copy support for DB entries with counting copy number. Possible for users with the permission to create DB entries. The stored content, as well as custom fields and tags are taken into account. With the exception of attachments, comments, history entries, password assignments (if Passwords plugin is used).

Redmine ServiceDesk (part of Enterprise+ Bundle) v3.1.0
With the ServiceDesk plugin, externally incoming requests (via email or embedded webform) are managed via a central helpdesk project and handled transparently within yout support agent team.

- Bug fix: do not allow oauth for outgoing mails, if incoming mails does not use it. Means: Oauth for outgoing mails cannot be used without jointly enabled Oauth for incoming mails because the protocol “Microsoft Outlook” will not be selectable.
- Bug fix: fix timezone bug for new contact notes.
- Improvement: fix middle name on contact view and optimize sidebar with less contact fields
