Redmine Automation
Get more done with less effort. With the help of rules and schedules, you automate routine tasks and optimize existing data sets - while doing other things.
This is new in v3.0.3
The following new features are included in this version:
- Last editor can be set for rule action “Assigned to”
- Added new variables for: bot and bot.id. Variable replacement in issue repeats from CURRENT_USER to bot
- Follow-Up for issues. Resubmit issues on a specific date to change status (Blog Beitrag).
- Hover text for scheduled rule description (Usability)
- New Add action: Send mail to role (with additional variables for mail text field)
- New Add action: Watcher by role for various triggers added
- Unified variable syntax for all variables
- Improvement: strip rule name and automation interval name
Redmine DB
With our alternative to the Excel spreadsheet, all content that is not a ticket (e.g. digital information and online assets) can be clearly managed and shared.

The following new features are included in this version:
- Multiple values in DB-relation column of issue list are separated via comma or semi-colon (depending on the selected language) in export formats: PDF, CSV
- Multiple values in tags column (not using colors) of issue list and DB list are separated via comma or semi-colon (depending on the selected language in export formats: PDF (if available), CSV
- Filter and columns for issue tags in DB list (for issues with DB entry relations)
- Filter and columns for DB tags in issue list (for issues with DB entry relations)
- In global db list users can only see custom fields of visible projects
- Improvement: strip db type and db entry name
Redmine DevOps
Make Redmine an information hub for DevOps teams.
This is new in v3.0.3
The following new features are included in this version:
- Update: Swich to SHA256 hash for FIPS validated server

Redmine Passwords
Careless handling of sensitive project data is bad for business and no longer appropriate in today’s world. The password plugin stores passwords and other data that are valuable to you in encrypted form.
This is new in v3.0.3
The following new features are included in this version:
- Data encryption of Redmine core functionality is used. For maximum compatibility with newer Redmine versions.
- Due to the new encryption function the encryption key (cipher_key) can be changed anytime, if necessary. Important for long-time users: We strongly recommend to run the Encrypting script after update, to encrypt your data again with the new cipher_key.
