Hospital IT serves many departments with different requirements. Requests come from the wards, from administration and from external service providers. Your own projects keep running alongside.

Redmine maps requests and projects with a traceable history. We take over operation, in our cloud in Germany or on your server.

This is about the work of the IT department, not about patient data. Redmine is not a hospital information system and does not replace one.

What your team does with it

  • Requests from departments. With the ServiceDesk plugin, an email becomes an issue, with an owner, a priority and a reply sent from the system.
  • Keep departments separate. Roles and permissions decide who sees which projects. External providers get access to exactly one project.
  • Operating and safety instructions. The Wiki Guide plugin adds an approval workflow and read confirmation to the wiki. For audits it is provable who read which version.
  • Inventory and maintenance contracts. Hardware, licenses, certificates and contracts live in the DB plugin, with custom fields and filters.
  • Recurring inspections. The Automation plugin creates issues for maintenance and inspection dates and reminds you before they expire.

What that means day to day

  • Cloud in Germany or your own server. With InHouse operation, SSH access restricted to our IP is enough.
  • Redmine and GitLab from one provider. One contact, one server location, connected through the DevOps plugin.
  • No user limits. Whether 50 or 500 people work in it, the hosting costs the same.
  • We handle the updates. Security patches every four hours, major versions only after a plugin check.

Prices are listed openly on the hosting page, GitLab has its own overview.

We have services that suits your needs and move your business forward.
